This is a post funder position. They will review lease and loan documents to ensure requirements are met for credit approval. This is very customer service oriented as they will be working with borrowers extensively. They will check files from funding to ensure accuracy, which includes data entry responsibilities and requires a high attention to detail. This position requires the use of a number of different programs on the computer simultaneously.
- take files after funding, audit file from the funding team
- Reach out to state agencies to verify title
- Submit title paperwork and packages
- Call borrower to gain title information
- Communicate with title companies about borrowers information
- Follow file through cue and follow-up with customers via phone/email

1. Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience or relevant banking, loan, title, insurance, or mortgage closing experience.
2. Customer service experience
3. Ability to proficiently use a number of different software programs simultaneously including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
High school diploma is required. But associates is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year required in leasing, bank loan, title, escrow, or mortgage closing experience.
Experience using financial/banking software as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
