Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for employee schedules and leading CSRs on the overnight shift
  • Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
  • Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
  • Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)
  • Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individuals

Shift: Every other Wednesday (Overtime - Time and a half) and every Thursday-Saturday 6 PM to 6 AM


Skills:

  • 1 year of leadership in a Customer Service environment
  • Retail
  • Call center
