Overnight Customer Service Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for employee schedules and leading CSRs on the overnight shift
- Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
- Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
- Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)
- Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individuals
Shift: Every other Wednesday (Overtime - Time and a half) and every Thursday-Saturday 6 PM to 6 AM
Skills:
- 1 year of leadership in a Customer Service environment
