On Sight Position in Lafayette, Colorado. Pay -17.20$/hr.

Call me directly : (303-502-1192) Ext 56163


-Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital

-Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups

-Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)

-Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individuals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


-At least 1 year of call center OR retail environment where they were handling a high volume of calls

-Understand they have a set schedule and breaks during the day

-Cannot get upset by emergencies or alarms (they have alarms going off all the time during the day)

-Someone who performs well under pressure

-Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and stressful environment (at times)


-Previous healthcare experience

-Someone who is fully vaccinated (not required)
