Customer Service Representative

-Inbound calls to support employees of their clients as their going a verification process to obtain or keep their health insurance benefits for household members for part of their employment
-Will review client's employee document to verify the relationship and status of dependents and responding to client employee questions
-Must be willing to work as a team member to support the needs of their clients
-Responsible for managing deadlines and verification inventory
-Will be working closely with audit associates and management to resolve issues
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
-1-3 years of customer service experience (within the last 2 years)
-Someone who is passionate about helping others
-Someone who has the ability to review documentation and establish eligibility according to client eligibility rules and documentation requirements
-Strong administrative/computer skills - i.e. MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Someone who is able to multi-task
NICE TO HAVE:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
-1-3 years of Employee Benefits experience
-Previous call center experience
