-Responsible for onboarding and admitting new patients into infusion services
-Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate benefits
-Ensure referral packet and all relevant information is scanned to the appropriate location in the billing system
-Will be taking the appropriate steps to verify beneifts and then calling the patient to discuss their benefits openly
-Responsible for inputting patients into the system and uploading paperwork into electronic charts
-Maintain patient records and confidentiality via the electronic Medical Record System
-Develops an effective communication mechanism for the Home Office to promote a positive image with clinics, patients, visitors, co-workers, physicians, office personnel, and external agencies
