Loan Servicing Representative

We partner with car dealerships in order to empower them to build their businesses. We also partner with individuals who have significant credit challenges and provide them with a way to simultaneously purchase a car while they repair their credit rating.
- Troubleshooting common issues to resolution
- Candidates will be responsible for handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls daily
- Candidates must be professional while speaking to customers
- Deal with customers and tough conversations in order to obtain a payment from the customer
- Candidates will speak with customers about what payments are due and by when
- Candidates must have the ability to multi-task
- Must display a team player mentality and strong work ethic
- Candidate will be working with the Customer Service, Tile/Insurance and Repo/Remarketing team
Pay Rate: $18/hour with a bonus structure dependent on metrics
Shift: Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
Inbound Calls (6+ Months)
35+ WPM (Typing Test Required)
High School Diploma
