Hris Analyst

Description:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of UKG/UltiPro serving as a subject matter expert on technology and system workflows

Provide support for HRIS including but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements

Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; develop and administer standard reports.

Maintain Workflow Configuration to ensure proper data flow within HRIS and maintain data integrity in systems

Maintain all HRIS tables and UltiPro Set Up to ensure accurate data capture, compliance and enabling comprehensive reporting

This individual will be maintaining the current system in place

They will be supporting mainly HR, however with HRIS also comes onto play payroll and IT as well.

Excellent candidate would be an expert in UKG/Ultipro with broad experience supporting HR.

The perfect candidate would be above and in addition have a knowledge of utilizing SQL and Cognos, and supporting HR, IT, and Payroll
