Product Support Sales Representative Opportunity!

The Construction Equipment Sales Representative is a professional sales position in which one is required to Rent and Sell Heavy Construction Equipment within the State of Connecticut. You will be required to establish long lasting customer relationships, assist our customer’s with Fleet management, and help resolve customer product issues. You will be expected to help increase the sales, profit and productivity of each customer by offering large capital construction equipment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the heavy equipment construction and/or agriculture industry is preferred
  • Previous sales experience is a must
  • Strong independent work ethic
  • Able to work within a team environment to achieve individual as well as branch goals
  • Excellent customer service skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with all customers and co-workers
  • Clear and concise communications
  • A strong sense of urgency, managing time well
  • Proficient computer technology skills to utilize company authorized software, internet, email, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish Long Lasting Relationship with customer base
  • Be a Customer Liaison between customer and Monroe Tractor
  • Time management to accurately cover territory
  • Quote and review trade in equipment
  • Sell/Rent New Used Heavy Equipment
  • Work with PSR position to help to offer the total package of customer support

Pay: $40-50K yearly dependent on experience + commission

Location: South Windsor, CT

Hours: M-F (9am-5pm)
