MUST HAVES: 1) Customer Service or Logistics or Sales Support 2) SAP 3) Bilingual in Spanish JOB DESCRIPTION: -Manage customer orders from order entry to invoice. - Provide service to customers - Handle customer orders in SAP from order to invoice - Maintain customer files - Maintain customer master data in SAP and back up files - Monitor and work with sales -Take inbound calls from customers regarding order entry, order status, etc. - Constant communication with sales and logistics.
