Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Box Truck Driver who is proficient in math and has experience in shipping and inventory. The role involves packaging orders, picking products from shelves, and driving a box truck for up to 10-15 hours a week. This position requires strong customer service skills as you will interact with customers while delivering products.
Responsibilities
- Package orders according to customer requests.
- Navigate the warehouse to locate and retrieve products from shelves.
- Utilize scales for accurate measurements.
- Drive a box truck up to 10-15 hours per week.
- Provide exceptional customer service during product deliveries.
- Review orders and pick items using power equipment.
- Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Replenish customer inventory using a box truck.
- Proficient in math.
- Six months of shipping experience.
- Six months of inventory experience.
- Proficient with computer usage.
- Ability to lift 55lbs.
- Previous forklift experience is a plus.
- Great attendance record.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Hardworking and focused.

Work Environment
You will work in a large, clean warehouse with minimal distractions. The environment can get warm in the summer, and the role involves standing for the entire shift. Collaboration is key, and you'll be working individually on tasks while contributing to the collective daily goals.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berlin, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
