We are seeking a Business Operations Associate who possesses exceptional communication skills, a driven mindset, and proficiency in computer skills. Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding billing and general inquiries.
- Work with invoices and input billing information into the system.
- Support the operations group effectively.
- Collaborate with internal employees and manage sales information.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic MS Office.
- Customer service experience.
