Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be assisting the Recruiters with bringing a qualified candidates through the employment process. You will be asked to screen resumes, conduct phone screens, attend virtual hiring events, and other coordination tasks as they arise.
Responsibilities:
o Screening out candidates for healthcare positions through job boards, internal software’s, and LinkedIn.
o Review resumes and ensure candidates meet qualifications
o Call candidates you believe fit hiring credentials
o Enter candidate data into their internal Applicant Tracking System
o Schedule interviews for candidates with your managers for the final round
o Assist new hires throughout onboarding process
o Send out first day details to new hires

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree within business or human resources Management is preferred but not required
o Internship or on-sight experience within Huma resources is preferred
o 2+ Years of customer service experience
o Someone who encompasses self-discipline
o Great communication skills
o Ability to Multi-Task
