Video Teleconference Engineer

Description:

We are currently seeking a Video Conferencing Engineer. This will sit in Farmington CT.

• Service Now understanding
• Good understanding of Networking (Lan/Wans, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, etc.)

PolyCom

• Hands on experience with Poly infrastructure devices including Proxy/DMA/Bridges/RPAD/Resource Manager/End Points(Group series, Studio X)
• Able to work with Poly Tac/Internal teams for any infrastructure issues and end points
• Understanding of LAN issues with connectivity within corporate with onboarding new end points

Cisco

• Working knowledge of Cisco infrastructure devices including Expressways/CMS/CUCM/End points(Cisco kit series/C/DX)
• Able to work with Cisco/Vendor/Internal teams for any infrastructure issues and end points
• Understanding of LAN issues with connectivity within corporate with onboarding new end points

Crestron

• Understanding of Crestron touch panels like Mercury/Biamp/Flex
• Having worked with Crestron touch panels would be a plus

Solstice Mersive

• Understanding of Mersive pods and functionality, familiar with dash boards to onboard new pods, Firmware upgrades etc.

Appspace

Understanding of Digital signage products (Appspace), media players and firmware upgrades
