Job Description
Established Connecticut Site/Civil & Environmental Engineering Firm is seeking all levels of engineers. We have openings for Civil Engineers and Associate Civil Engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the design of site work, infrastructure, storm drainage and treatment, roadway design, erosion control, and onsite sewage disposal systems.
Hard Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Civil 3D
- HydroCAD/Hydoflow
- Micro Station
- Experience with site design projects
- Drainage management designs
- Septic design
- Site grading
- Road design and storm sewer design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of work experience in land development or site civil
Soft Skills
- Engage with clients
- Manage engineering staff
- Understand the application and permitting process
- Good writing skills
- Capable of preparing construction specifications
Work Environment
Full time in office. All employees are provided with a setup to work from home but should be expected to be in office. Work from home on specific occasions allowed.
