About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a working knowledge of AR processes to contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for individuals who are organized, communicative, and comfortable with data entry and payment processing.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately post payments and cash receipts into the system (up to 100 entries per day).
- Maintain and update accounts receivable records.
- Support the finance team with general administrative tasks related to AR.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in posting payments and cash.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Data entry experience in a finance or administrative setting.
- Familiarity with receivables systems and workflows.
- General understanding of financial documents (e.g., checks, invoices).
