Job Title: Survey Party Chief
Job Description
- Conduct field surveying for residential and commercial projects.
- Perform topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layouts.
- Conduct land record research.
- Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD.
- Draft using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
Hard Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in land surveying
- Experience with boundary surveying, construction layouts, and topographical surveys
- Experience with Trimble instruments, Trimble data collectors, and GNSS systems
Work Environment
-Work in a small, 8-9 person firm.
-Full-time in-office position.
