Licensed Practical Nurse- Skilled Nursing

Description:

Under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor and in collaboration with other team members, provides patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act

1) Implements facility policies and procedures

2) Prepares and assigns CNA duties

3) Data collection as assigned by RN or Supervisor

4) Documents into EMR system

Qualifications:

• LPN license in CT
• PointClickCare experience a plus
• At least a year experience in rehabilitative, psychiatric, or geriatric nursing (Preferred)
• Excellent communication

Shift:

• Monday - Friday with alternating weekends
  • 2x 7:00AM-3:00PM
  • 2x 3:00PM-11:00PM
  • 11:00PM-7:00AM
• Has 13 staff on 11-7 shift, and has 23 staff on 7-3 shift.
• Will be trained accordingly by the staff development nurse
