Description:

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to provides administrative support to all employees of the branch in order to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general and specific tasks related to communication and organization. This position would be expected to work 32 hours weekly, with some flexibility in scheduling days.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • these essential functions.
  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls, while focusing on customer service and quality
  • Greets, welcomes, and directs visitors in the building to appropriate personnel, while ensuring everyone is signed in and accounted for
  • Conducts general clerical duties that includes copying, faxing, mailing, and labeling
  • Addresses requests for information and data
  • Expedites answers to keep customers satisfied
  • Maintains and organizes office supply inventory, while ordering additional supplies as needed
  • Schedules and coordinates conference room bookings and food catering for events
  • Supports Accounting, Inside Sales, Human Resources and other service departments with data entry, administrative issue resolution and other related projects as needed
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes mail to appropriate personnel and departments


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Accountability
  • Organization/Time Management
  • Communication Proficiency
  • Thoroughness
  • Computer Literacy – Excel, Word & Outlook


Compensation:$25
