Licensed Practical Nurse

Description:

Responsible for triaging, medication refills, patient follow up calls, assisting providers and MA's, etc. This office is part of the Connecticut Immunization Program - knowledge and experience with the upkeep and storage of vaccinations & temp logs is preferred.

Qualifications:

- Must have 1+ years of experience working in a medical office or health center

- EMR experience

- State of CT LPN License
