We have an exciting opportunity for an I&C Technician in the Greater Hartford, CT. area. The position is for a 3-month assignment in Andover, Connecticut supporting Westinghouse. Contract may extend based on business needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for an I&C Technician in the Greater Hartford, CT. area. The position is for a 3-month assignment in Andover, Connecticut supporting Westinghouse. Contract may extend based on business needs.
What your day-to-day looks like:
- Performing instrumentation testing using digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and customer supplier equipment/simulators.
- Interpret drawings and execute test procedures.
- Operate electronic and electrical test equipment.
- Read and follow drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assemble/testing electronics units, applying knowledge of basic electronic theory and components.
- Learn, understand, and practice the appropriate quality, health, and safety procedures applicable to each work assignment.
- Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology is preferred.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience is required.
- 2+ years of experience is preferred. Recent graduates will also be considered.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Field cable installation work is a plus.
