I. Job Summary
The Launch Representative II is responsible for the execution of specific tasks within the implementation and/or de-implementation of new, renewing, or existing customers for Waste Management (SBS).
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
This job has no supervisory duties.

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $22.00- $23.00/ hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

- Validate services via vendor invoices, vendor calls/emails, and data exhibits
- Setup customer/location service levels and enter service specification data into Waste Management systems (Acorn & MAS) for new customer implementations, contract renewals, existing customer projects, and de-implementations
- Follow-up with vendors and locations to confirm schedule and delivery completion
- Access, resolve or escalate customer/vendor service and billing requests and/or issues
- Responsible for obtaining and tracking Vendor Schedule-A acceptances & rejections
- All other duties as assigned

- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc) most of the work day;
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds rarely;
- Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc) rarely;
- Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements rarely;
