Job Duties:
• Incidents – Software break/fix
• Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
• PC Refresh
• Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers
• Basic experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus
• Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
• Experience with LogMeIn
• Ticketing System is ServiceNow
• Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations
Top Skills Details
1. Minimum 3 years of Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
2. Minimum 3 years of End user client
-LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
3. Customer Service Experience
4. Must complete medical compliance
