Quality Control Manager/SSHO

Description:

Ideal Candidate will live in DC or VA so that they can commute to both. Needs to be able to commute to at least 2 of 3 sites, not just 1, an must be able to be eligible for a clearance. The constructions superintendent will be responsible for scheduling manpower, overseeing subs and directing on site supervision. They need a QCM and Superintendent for Quantico, VA. Candidates should be able to access the site and local as no per diem/lodging will be provided. The project will be different federal construction renovations, depending on which job site they report to. They have openings in both Quantico/Bethesda currently. Here are the 6 IMMEDIATE openings that they are relying on us to fill:

1. QC Manager/Superintendent – Bethesda, MD/DC

2. Superintendent/Safety Manager – Indian Head, MD

3. QC Manager/Superintendent – Pax River, MD

Ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant project experience in a construction superintendent role. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Federal experience on projects ranging from $200K+ interior, mechanical or concrete experience would be a plus, but General Construction would be acceptable.
