Job Description:

  • The Patient Service Coordinator will work at a fast paced, high volume outpatient specialty clinic within one of DC's largest hospitals.
  • The PSC is responsible for handling high-volume appointment scheduling, and patient registration.
  • Will collect co-pays and verify benefits/insurance.
  • Will handle follow-up messages for providers.
  • Familiarity with the Electronic Medical Record is preferred!
  • This is a patient facing opportunity with front and back office administrative responsibilities.
  • This is a full-time contract to hire job opportunity with benefits!
