Clinical Admin Assistant

This person will be on the phone with patients most of the day. They will be working in Medconnect and IDX to update patient information and navigate their care with them in the system. They will be asking about their needs, do they have any medication changes they need to update in the system, any of the follow up care they need information from their providers on, etc. They will also be returning any messages that are coming in to make sure the patients get their follow up.
Wants an individual who is autonomous, takes direction well, and is there to work and make things happen. Clinical experience required, admin experience also required.
