Superintendent

Description:

The Superintendent will be supervising the safety of the project at JBAB in DC or at Winchester, VA, whichever is a better location for the candidate on a day to day basis. This project is a small MAC project, and is a combination of a handful of smaller projects at the site in all actuality.

The Superintendent is authorized to make decisions for consistency with the highest construction standards. The standards shall include the procurement of needed materials and workmanship of all construction activities.

The Safety Manager is also authorized to halt construction of any and all activities that are not proceeding to the levels required until such time as corrective efforts to the teams satisfaction have been made. The Safety Manager is authorized to order reworking or replacing of any item that you feel is not up to required levels from a safety or compliance perspective.

Use their OSHA, First Aid, and CPR expertise in order to provide safety to the entire project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of Superintendent experience on FEDERAL OR GOVERNMENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - NO EXCEPTIONS

2. Required certifications = OSHA30, First Aid, CPR

3. Must be FULLY eligible to get a clearance
