⚡ Industrial Generator Technician – Single & Three Phase

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Generator Technician to join our emergency response and infrastructure support team. This position is vital to ensuring reliable power for mobile emergency shelters and large-scale operations. You’ll be responsible for full troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial generators, with opportunities for travel and significant overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full troubleshooting on single-phase and three-phase industrial generators.
• Conduct repairs, maintenance, and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
• Support mobile emergency shelter operations by ensuring power reliability.
• Travel to job sites (potentially up to two weeks in a row) to provide on-site service.
• Document service work and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with large industrial generators.
• Expertise in single-phase and three-phase systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel extensively and work overtime during deployment weeks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Technical certifications in generator repair or electrical systems (preferred).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
