Leidos is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Mission Support Specialist to deliver high-impact administrative and operational support at Hurlburt Field. This is a key role supporting the 361st Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (ISRG)-where your efforts will directly contribute to national defense readiness and strategic decision-making.
You'll manage taskings from senior leadership, optimize workflow systems, and deliver actionable reports that shape mission outcomes. Expect a dynamic environment with close collaboration across leadership and staff teams, tackling real-time information requests and refining critical support operations.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

Leidos is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Mission Support Specialist to deliver high-impact administrative and operational support at Hurlburt Field. This is a key role supporting the 361st Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group (ISRG)-where your efforts will directly contribute to national defense readiness and strategic decision-making.
You'll manage taskings from senior leadership, optimize workflow systems, and deliver actionable reports that shape mission outcomes. Expect a dynamic environment with close collaboration across leadership and staff teams, tackling real-time information requests and refining critical support operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead task management operations, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and mission alignment
- Drive high-quality report generation and process improvement across workflow systems
- Develop and manage briefing products and operational continuity files
- Coordinate taskings, RFI responses, and policy execution with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, gaps, and course-of-action recommendations
- Facilitate executive correspondence, including staff packages, eSSS, awards, and citations
- Bachelor's degree 4 + years' experience (additional experience or certifications may substitute)
- Strong knowledge of DoD tasking processes and military program support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge management practices
- Experience managing formal taskings and RFIs within ISR or national intelligence environments
- Relevant analysis experience, with recent engagement in related tasks
- Current TS/SCI clearance
- Knowledge Management certification
- Background as an Executive Officer, Executive Assistant, NCOIC, Flight Chief, or OIC
- Strong understanding of ACC ISR enterprise operations
