About the Role:
As a Project Inspector/ QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising installation and construction activities onsite to ensure successful timely delivery and completion.
Many of these projects will take place during non-business hours and should be scheduled for third shift to accommodate the client. The selected Project Inspector / QA Manager will need to be onsite from 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday through Friday.
This job is part of the Construction Management function. They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time.

What You'll Do:
- Work on site to provide direct oversight and supervision of the progress of construction activities.
- Review the status of work completed during the period covered and confirm work is aligned with the approved drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with various internal and external program stakeholders including third party vendors, contractors and other site personnel to successfully coordinate and drive projects to completion.
- Monitor, observe, and evaluate that the construction work being performed is in general conformance with the contract, and ensures that the contractor is taking the steps necessary to meet quality requirements.
- Prepare daily reports and provide updates to the Construction Manager.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
- Work within broad guidelines and policies.
- Explain difficult or sensitive information.
