Qualifications to Apply:

• 5-8 years of experience within a marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• A passion for food or food marketing experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing and photography software , analytics platforms, and social media management.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website management, and promotional activities.
• Responsible for culinary photography and point of sale sheets for new and preexisting products.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
• Accompany sales staff on customer visits, trade shows and conferences as requested.
• Prepare sales presentations and assist sales department with administrative duties as needed.
