Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer or Revit Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline
• Develop and review detailed mechanical designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, using software like AutoCAD and Revit
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and construction teams to ensure integrated and efficient designs
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, such as ASHRAE standards and local building codes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Melbourne, Florida and some days remote.You will eventually need to do site visits, which may require driving or flying out of state. The company has 4 offices, with 50-60 people located in the Arvada office. The other offices are in Colorado Springs, St. Petersburg, and Melbourne, FL.
