Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our

team, focusing on the assembly, testing, and maintenance of our SAM (Smart

Apparatus Management) product. The SAM system is an integrated water flow

control system that revolutionizes traditional pump operations with a

touch-screen interface.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and Production: Assemble and test SAM units according to

detailed specifications and quality standards. Quality Control: Inspect and

verify the quality of components and finished products, ensuring they meet Hale

Products’ high standards. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical

issues with SAM units during the manufacturing process. Maintenance: Perform

regular maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure

optimal performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production

activities, including assembly logs, quality control reports, and maintenance

logs. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams

to implement improvements and resolve production challenges. Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working

environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical

certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably

with electronic or mechanical assembly. Skills: Proficiency in reading and

interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and

problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability

to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for data

entry and documentation. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended

periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity for
