Description:

Handling the prescriptions from the start until it moves to the fulfillment dept. Handling the welcome calls, intake start of prescription, to inputs, to working the phones, to "dropping" or refilling prescription, manual resolutions, calling to clarify a prescription, handle transfers from other stores. Handling phone calls- inbound and outbound. Around 80-100 calls per shift, if they are handling the phones. They will touch all parts of the front end pharmacy.
