Job Description:

*Responsible for the license of Software for the program.

*Ensure that this is tracked and maintained and optimized for program costs.

*Use SAM management tools to approve, deploy, update, and remove software products from user systems, and process software application requests from employees through your organization's approval process, ensuring the organization has or can purchase the appropriate licenses and that only the approved user has access to the deployed product.

*Responsible for determining and re-determining employee level of access to tools.

*Other responsibilities include, providing technical support to workers for software strategy and architecture, and ensuring the organization is abiding by all software licensing laws.

Education/ Experience:

(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree).

Certification(s):

8570 Dod Certification

Clearance:

Secret

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
