Salary: $25 per hour

Hours: M-F 8:00-5:00pm EST

A Day in the Role:

The Credit Specialists are accountable for daily operational tasks associated with revenue cycle accounts receivable. The AR Specialist is accountable for follow-up and timely and effectively managing requests from patients, insurance payers, secondary, and tertiary payers, and prepares all non-clinical appeals. Routinely monitors and processes monthly write-offs for assigned area of responsibility. The credit specialists will analyze accounts to determine if it is a correct credit / overpayment, and will handle refund requests.

This is a special project to help clean up the Accounts Receivable.
