Project Overview: The Family Enrollment Counselor works to build and maintain positive relationships with families interested in enrolling in Connections Academy schools. The role involves delivering a superior customer experience by explaining the value and benefits of the school, ensuring parents understand the virtual school experience, and helping families make informed enrollment decisions.


100% remote | equipment provided.


**Must be flexible to work all 7 days of the week. Schedules will be assigned after 4 weeks of training. Associates will work five 8-hour shifts within the hours of operation. Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm EST, Saturday 9am - 6pm EST, and Sunday 10am - 6pm EST.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in school-specific outbound task forces to achieve enrollment goals.
  • Support families via inbound calls, assisting them through the enrollment process.
  • Make outbound calls to families interested in enrolling.
  • Serve as an enrollment expert for families.
  • Act as an ambassador for the school in interactions with students and families.
  • Liaise between local schools and enrollment to resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on enrollment policies and guidelines and communicate changes to families.
  • Communicate changes in school events, policies, and guidelines through interactions with school staff and parents.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of related call center experience. 
  • Transferable experience includes (Call center, retention, enrollment, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and families.
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
  • Must have HS Diploma or equivalent. 

Details: 

  • 100% remote | Equipment provided
  • Must have the flexibility to work Monday - Sunday. Schedules will be assigned after 4-week training period. 
  • Shift (5 Days a week - 40 hours per week): Monday - Sunday | 9 hour shift within the hours of operation (8am - 11pm EST with 1 hr. lunch break - 40 hours per week) 
  • Training (2-4 weeks): Monday – Friday | 10:00am – 7:00pm EST
  • Pay: $17/hr. 
  • Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered. 
  • Anticipated Start Date: July 14th 2025
