Job Title: BIM Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to lead the development and coordination of accurate 2D and 3D models for infrastructure and construction projects. This role involves managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows using tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, while ensuring seamless integration with project and asset management systems. The ideal candidate will champion a collaborative, data-driven modeling approach that aligns with project objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate detailed 2D and 3D models using Autodesk software (Revit, Civil 3D).
• Promote and maintain collaborative, data-centric BIM processes across platforms.
• Integrate BIM models with project management and asset management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective model coordination.
• Maintain and enforce BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards.
• Provide training, mentorship, and technical support on BIM tools and workflows.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Expertise in building information modeling processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with 3D detailing and integration with PMIS or Asset Management Software.
• Preferred certifications such as CBIM (Certified Building Information Modeling), BIM Pro Certification, and Autodesk Certified Professional.
