Production Associate

Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate / Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential to supporting production operations, handling raw materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely lift and move materials up to 55 lbs
• Dump bags of product into large mixing/blending tanks
• Ship and receive product, including handling 55-gallon drums
• Select and prepare orders based on pick tickets
• Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing floors, and organizing product storage areas

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently lift up to 55 lbs
• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or material handling preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
