Description:
- Evaluate submittals and respond promptly to RFIs.
- Manage AGi32 file setup and execute lighting layouts.
- Determine and select appropriate HVAC equipment.
- Conduct psychrometric analysis for dehumidification processes.
- Efficiently size and design mechanical equipment rooms.
- Identify chase requirements during both design and construction phases.
- Analyze air balancing for HVAC systems with proficiency.
- Design layouts for HVAC equipment.
- Size and layout HVAC ducts accurately.
- Handle domestic water service and distribution piping proficiently.
- Size sanitary waste and vent piping effectively.
- Utilize AutoCAD and/or Revit for design tasks.
- Adhere to project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in mechanical engineering, ASHRAE standards, Florida Energy Code, and NFPA regulations.
- Knowledge of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is considered an advantage.
