Exciting opportunity to work for a family and pharmacist owned and operated mail order prescription benefits company. We're the only company in the industry that owns all operational areas - from our call centers to our mail order and specialty pharmacies. Will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls regarding pharmacy claims, member benefits, calls from hospitals, mail order prescriptions etc.
