Remote Mechanical Customer Service Representative

Must have Mechanical Repair experience.
The Mechanical Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers inbound calls to provide courteous and accurate responses to primary support inquiries from JM&A dealers, Field Sales Representatives, and product contract holders. Additionally, the CSR role will effectively triage secondary level support for all general JM&A inquiries that include but are not limited to contract administration.
Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, investigating and recording data from various types of correspondence to adjudicate the claim in accordance with contract and underwriting requirements and within department guidelines. documented processes, and constantly improvise to satisfy our customer needs.
The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys teamwork, and is resourceful and innovative in problem resolution. The associate in this position must communicate effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Must possess superior verbal and written Communication skills.
4. Ability to multi-task including the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems during the call.
5. Strong data entry/typing skills.
6. PC skills and including experience in Microsoft applications.
7. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to handle high demand, high pressure situations with dealer customers.
8. Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities, in a fast-paced environment.
9. Highly motivated team player.
