Compensation & Schedule
Starting Pay | $17.00 per hour
Training | 3 - 4 weeks onsite (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM) Monday - Friday (Paid)
Shift | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Hybrid 2 days in office / 3 days remote)

A Day in the Role
- This person will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes outbound depending on the situation.
- They will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to homeowners’ insurance questions.
- They will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
- When they are not taking calls on the insurance line, they will be taking calls on the mortgage lines. (The candidates will be cross trained to handle all calls eventually)
- Must have 6 months to 1+ year of customer service (retail, healthcare, business)
- Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
- Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency
- Problem solver
- Comfortable handling de-escalations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize when it comes to multiple complex projects or queues
