Inbound Call Center Representative (Hybrid)


Aston Carter is searching for call center / customer service representatives in Daytona Beach, FL!


Compensation & Schedule

Starting Pay | $17.00 per hour

Training | 3 - 4 weeks onsite (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM) Monday - Friday (Paid)

Shift | 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Hybrid 2 days in office / 3 days remote)

A Day in the Role

  • This person will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes outbound depending on the situation.
  • They will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to homeowners’ insurance questions.
  • They will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
  • When they are not taking calls on the insurance line, they will be taking calls on the mortgage lines. (The candidates will be cross trained to handle all calls eventually)


Role Requirements

  • Must have 6 months to 1+ year of customer service (retail, healthcare, business)
  • Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency
  • Problem solver
  • Comfortable handling de-escalations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize when it comes to multiple complex projects or queues
