The bilingual Spanish customer service rep will provide assistance to KLS Martin customers and sales force by working independently and as part of a team to ensure that all request received are processed accurately within the quickest possible turnaround time. The customer service rep will ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to their clients at all times. Test the JD: - Process several types of request over the phone - Provide guidance to ensure customers issues are resolved - Navigate multiple systems in excel, word, and outlook - Conduct research on orders and follow up from customers -sales/order history reports
