Description:

Execute assigned Process development elements with an emphasis on manufacturing systems and technical documentation required to define and specify new manufacturing processes. Provide Technical support for new process introductions, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Stryker new product development procedures. Ensure quality of process and product as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications. Support Project and Process Engineers on the development of manufacturing and/or inspection process flows as well as on executing DOE, DFM/DFI activities.

Manage the development, definition and execution of Process related activities such as CNC, CAD/CAM and/or CMM programming and execute the associated qualification and validation activities Execute Equipment installation and related validation activities. Support training for shop floor team members. Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures. All other duties as assigned. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex drawings and have the ability to understand geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (incl. GD&T) High knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials Demonstrated ability to lay out and set-up machines as well as run manufacturing batch Demonstrated ability to inspect any job assigned with the use of all standard inspection tools. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, and accountability. Problem solving skills and ability to handle tasks in a fast paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- Technical education with 8+ years experience.

- Knowledge of ISO- CNC/CAD-CAM/CMM software (depending on assignment) required.

- Read and interpret complex drawings and have the ability to understand geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

- High knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

- Demonstrated ability to lay out and set-up machines as well as run manufacturing batch

-Knowledge of all standard inspection tools: Caliper, Micrometer, Hight Gauges

- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

- Problem solving skills and ability to handle tasks in a fast paced environment.
