A top TEKsystems client is seeking a technical support and implementations coordinator. This person will support roll outs and upgrade coordination (tracking, coordinating, documenting, troubleshooting) and will also learn a tracking system and support the sales team.
The key responsibilities of the Technical Support Representative include, onboarding, client support and technical support, with focus on providing excellent customer service to both internal an external stakeholders. This role will be based out of the Orlando office and occasionally take trips to client sites for product implementations, and break-fix assignments. The Technical Support Representative will report to the IT services Manager.
