Completes a thorough post closing loan review to ensure adherence to all regulations and requirements.

: Examines closing documents to verify required documents are included, loan data is accurate, and funds required at closing and applied to correct general ledger accounts

: Identifies problems and coordinates changes, revisions, and corrections with mortgage personnel, closing agents, investors, government agencies

: Delivers received documents to appropriate Secondary Marketing area for processing

: Escalates complex situations to Government Submissions Processor III or Supervisor

2. Prepares VA and FHA loans, including critical servicing and closing documents for image processing.

: Prepares loan files according to Remittance Processing imaging guidelines

: Assembles pertinent documentation to create the VA and/or FHA submission package according to the Government agencies review and submission

Uses existing procedures to solve routine problems of a recurring nature

: Follows standard course of action; does not vary from established policies, procedures, or guidelines

: Works under direct supervision

Start Date: May 3rd

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
