Aston Carter is currently hiring for several Full-Time Corporate Trainers in a contact center environment for a Fortune 100 Credit Union in the Pensacola, FL area!
This position will start out remote, but will return to an on campus position in the future.
To implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of company. To create an effective learning environment
and experience for learners by applying adult learning theories, presentation techniques, lesson plans, and knowledge of
training modules and materials. This individual will be training and coaching new and existing employees in a contact center environment.
- 2-3 years of recent training experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience as a call center trainer is a plus!
- Experience as an educator, online training instructor, adjunct professor is acceptable.
- Bachelors degree in education is preferred
- Ability to handle conflict resolution in a professional environment.
- Monday - Friday only. Hours can vary from 7AM-12AM. Must be open and available to facilitate 8-9HR training shifts starting at 8AM, 10AM, 11AM or 2PM.
Pay: Starting at $24 per hour
