Aston Carter is currently searching for qualified candidates to fill openings for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Pensacola, FL area! This position will eventually transition into becoming a Loan Officer.
(This is not a fully remote position and requires that all candidates be located in the Pensacola area)
Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm and open to a rotating weekend shift as needed
To provide administrative support to Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), Processors and Closers in order to expedite the processing of mortgage applications. Provide mortgage administration and post-closing assistance. To receive and respond to inquiries from members regarding mortgage applications.
*Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred
*2-3 years of recent restaurant/ retail/ customer service/ office related experience
*Proficient in Microsoft office and data entry skills
*Ability to work in a fast paced and production driven environment
