Description:

This role is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls from borrowers about the status of their mortgage loan. The updates will stem from the start of the loan to closing. The representative may also need to follow up with any missing items and reach out to the title companies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-At least one year of call center experience

-Passion for helping others

-Someone who understands that they will be held to various metrics and at least 50 calls a day

-Will be required to make determinations of what is missing from documents and reaching out to the borrower when necessary
