Aerotek is seeking a Service Facilities Technician for the Tampa/Orlando market!


-Meet regularly with property/building manager to determine priorities of Daily/Weekly Maintenance tasks. Prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks. Report completion of tasks.

-Perform routine maintenance tasks in-house including rudimentary mechanical (including HVAC), plumbing and electrical, painting, carpentry, landscaping, and irrigation.

-HVAC maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, monitoring, and adjusting Automated Control System.

-Monitor and check air handlers, grease, and change belts.

-Monitor and check the generator, roof, and hot water heaters.

-Monitor and adjust the chilled water chemicals.

-Properly diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair work orders.

-Identify quickly if these tasks are to be completed in-house or, with Building/Property Manager’s approval, outsourced to approved Vendors.

-Perform Regular physical inspections of properties ensuring optimal curb appeal and efficiency of building systems functions.

-Track all material and tools- create and periodically verify an Inventory of company-owned material and tools.

-Maintain a clean and orderly Maintenance Office.

-Maintain all Building/Property areas and systems in safe and operable conditions.

-Utilize OSHA standards when possible. Frequently walk the building/property and grounds, maintain a well-groomed and clean building appearance.

-Ensure all Building Systems are running efficiently.

-Make material purchases with Building/Property Manager’s approval and submit receipts to Corporate Accounting within one week of purchase.
